New Director of Communication at the Prime Minister’s Office Assumes Office

The Permanent Secretary of the Prime Minister’s Office, Mr. Kamal Dahir Gutale, has officiated  a brief ceremony to hand over responsibilities of Director of Communication and Government Spokesman to the newly appointed Director, Mr Abdinasir Ahmed Bashir.

The ceremony, held inside the Prime Minister’s Office, was attended by staff of the Communication Department as well as several directors from other departments of OPM.

The Permanent Secretary encouraged the new Director and the staff to perform their duties with professionalism and efficiency, emphasizing the importance of strengthening communication functions within the Prime Minister’s Office.
